Tasks: Get it Done with Tasks

Effective life-management is all about efficiency, control and productivity. The FCmobilelife task function offers an effective task management system in the palm of your hand or via a web client. Tasks can be created for yourself or for groups or a team member. Notifications are sent real-time allowing team members to accept, reject, delegate or report back when a task is accomplished.

The task function also includes multimedia capabilities enabling users to add voice, text and photo components to tasks. If a task is sent to a team member or delegated, the recipient can also report back with the same multimedia capabilities. As an example, if a site manager over a construction site sends a task to a worker with a photo of something not yet finished, he can include his issues with text and voice as well. The worker can then report back with a photo of the completed work. This provides a higher level of accountability for ensuring task completion.

The task list shows all tasks whether created for yourself, for someone else or a task given to you. This enables you to have a single location in which can you track expectations or tasks for yourself, of others or tasks that others may have assigned to you.
